If you are the landowner, then you may continue to use your land right up until the time in which the site benefits from planning permission.
Under a planning promotion agreement, Blubird Land & Planning Ltd will risk the costs of a planning application, negotiate and maximise the value of the land through the planning process. We then implement a sales strategy to sell the land, with Blubird taking a share of the proceeds of the sale.
